- REFUND POLICY
TPJC enforces a strict no-refund policy to protect the integrity of bespoke craftsmanship and material costs.
A. Custom Orders
• All payments, including deposits, are 100% non-refundable.
• No cancellations, refunds, or design changes once production begins.
• Each piece is uniquely made; materials cannot be repurposed or resold.
B. Ready-to-Ship Items
• Returns accepted only within 7 days of delivery if:
• The item is unworn and in original packaging.
• Prior written approval is obtained.
• A 35% restocking fee applies to all approved returns (covers loss from melting and refining returned metal).
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
C. Defects or Damage
• Report any craftsmanship defects within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos.
• If confirmed, TPJC may offer repair, replacement, or partial credit (at its discretion).
D. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing payment, you acknowledge that:
• All sales are final.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• You waive your right to file chargebacks, reversals, or payment disputes.
TPJC maintains full documentation (CAD proofs, invoices, payment receipts) to validate all transactions.
